ABOUT US

Misty is an Alsatian and was born right here in the English Lake District. Her owner, Sharon, has always

been a keen fell-walker, so when Misty arrived she decided to take her along too. She had never had

to think about stiles before so they had several disappointing walks due to meeting these and other

obstacles, which Misty couldn't manage (and she was too heavy to lift).

Sharon asked around for walks without obstacles which they could do, but wasn't able to find anything

that they really enjoyed, so she made up her own walks which they had great fun testing. People

showed a lot of interest in the walks which she posted on Facebook, so she decided to write a series of

guidebooks of their adventures.

The books contain hand-drawn maps, photos, description and GPX downloads for your compatible app or GPS device.

Here are some of our 5 Star Reviews

"A fantastic detailed and easy to follow book. All those people who have dogs and love walking in the Lakes should purchase this book. The author deserves credit for taking the time to write the book as it’s a great guide for everyone.” Stuart

"Fabulous book (I recently bought book 3 South Cumbria) Great look and feel with easy to read maps and wonderful write ups.  I originally bought this to put into our South Lakeland holiday apartment for guests, I think I need to purchase another copy as I don’t want to part with this one!" Kat Simmons (Hunters Moon B&B)

"Excellent book for dog owners of all sizes (dog sizes not humans obviously). They are rated by ease of walk and mileage so you can choose a short or long walk. Beautifully illustrated with fantastic photos of the areas featured in each walk too." Pixel T

"Great books with detailed walks and fantastic photography." Russ
